Caleb has traveled throughout Asia and Africa, where his lens has served as a passport to distant landscapes, people, and cultures. His travels have taken him to Afghanistan, Pakistan, Morocco, Laos, Vietnam, Zimbabwe, Namibia, and South Africa. He has traveled extensively in India—homeland of his wife—and he lived in Thailand in 2004. While abroad, he prefers to travel on foot and enjoys making connections through his photography.

Jantar Mantar is located in the modern city of New Delhi, India. It consists of 13 architectural astronomy instruments. The site is one of five built by Maharaja Jai Singh II of Jaipur, from 1723 onwards, as he was given by Mughal emperor Muhammad Shah the task of revising the calendar and astronomical tables.
